Very nice hotel on the outside, we felt like we were staying in a Pottery Barn store, everything smelled good including the public spaces but service is extremely lacking. The front staff employees are not friendly and welcoming. None of them told us what the hotel offers. We just found everything ourselves after asking different times. The staff appear very young so are very inexperienced in customer service. They do not offer a smile when first greeted and they are quick tongued, defensive even, and are poor in actual service. There is no way that they will go out of their way or take the extra mile by anyone in this hotel to serve. They held our bags when we arrived early and when our room was ready, we were told that it will be delivered after offering the ticket to collect them, but the bags were never delivered when we got to the room so we called them to let them know that. Long story short, being in the spa building we had go outside, cross the street to collect the bags when they never had anyone deliver the bags after asking and waiting for at least 30 minutes in our room. No complimentary razor kits or toothbrush so do not bother to ask for them if you forget. Please do not expect the level of service one would have in a normal world where you pay $500+ per night. The only good service level experience that I can think of is the valet parking included in the room. We appreciate the fact that our EV vehicle is getting charged as we stayed in the hotel and to this, only to this, we thank you.
