Very nice comfortable facilities located directly above a few fantastic restaurants. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests. Very central location to this lovely town. Rooms are smaller as it’s an older building, but are very contemporary and clean.

Good location - room had a nice view of Lews Castle. The restaurant was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly.

Lovely place to stay. Our room overlooked the water and we had a view of Lews Castle. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you get a chance, have dinner at the on-site restaurant.

Great sense of welcome. Great food and service. Our room looked over the harbor and it was well appointed and spacious. I would definitely stay there again

This is easily the best place to stay in Stornaway. We not only had a lovely comfortable room, but also a view of the harbor and Lees Castle! Stunning. The staff were so very friendly. HS1 cafe was delicious and breakfast was superb and early enough for us to make our adventures happen!
