普通的商務酒店，二樓出電梯有幾節台階，行李上下不太方便，過夜停車挺貴，樓下餐廳還不錯，當地的葡萄酒值得試試

🔔服務：前台和行李小哥都很熱情呀，符合五星級標準。並且酒店工作人員都會英文，溝通方便

Hotel was well appointed and in an excellent location central to the Christmas markets and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and helpful with our transportation needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing location. Close to everything. But it definitely could use some facelift. Everything is old and worn down.

AC wasn’t working so they asked us to open the windows in the room. However, it was loud on the streets below.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the restaurant is delicious, the staff were all great.... But the maintenance of the rooms is shaky. Things like painting and tilework were done by pretty unskilled tradespeople.
