Well located hotel (right next to the train station, convenient to check in/out), friendly staff, adequate room - only stayed one night to see the Christmas Markets

Hotel is conveniently located to the train station. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were just okay, not as clean as so would expect, broken curtain rod, and shower spout was broken which made it challenging to shower.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff Would definitely book here again if I return to Strasbourg. Everything I needed was close by and it was easy walk to old town. Loved the carachter of the hotel.

Good and quiet location, walking distance from train station and Christmas market. Swimming pool was also an attraction for kids. Very good breakfast! Room was fitted with all the necessary equipment for those who are willing to cook something. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Overall is very good but wifi speed is quite slow. Location is very close to train station but a bit far from tourist attractions. Reception is very friendly and nice. Carrefour City is just 20 m away.

Love this place, clean, friendly, air conditioned rooms, nice breakfast, good location, lost to center square, train station, market. Great for the price. Would definately stay here again, if we ever come to France again.

Hotel is close to everything - train station (5 minutes walk) and the Cathedral and Petit France up to 10 minutes’ walk. Room was spacious, nicely furnished, with comfortable bed and coffee/tea amenities. Staff is professional and kind, ready to assist. Highly recommended.
