The Windsor is a disgustingly filthy hotel. Reasons: not able to bathe because of brown running water, flies, stains on the curtains, scratches on the fridge, a dresser drawer that almost fell on my foot, cracked sink. Lacking amenities: no coffee maker, iron, blow dryer phone. Ice is not available in this hotel. Worst place I have ever stayed in. DON'T GO TO THE WINDSOR HOTEL!
