Heavy construction next to my original room. No upfront warning of construction on premises but excepted full price for the room. Had to pack up again and be moved. New room at Sandpiper had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Took twenty minutes of water running to get hot water for shower to come to the room. Not up to Marriott standard.

This property is under construction and they said the work would stop at 6pm. I called to complain at 6:30 and had to call again at 7:20pm. They were still hammering and banging at 7:20pm. The air won't go below 68 degrees in the rooms. I've had mine on 68 since checking in at 4pm and it's still at 70. The air conditioners are set to not go below 68 degrees if you could ever get them to even reach 68 degrees. I will never stay here again!!

I had a charge of $25 put on my card that the front desk said would be removed in 10 days for incidentals. It was not removed Ive called and discussed it 2 times with the manager They cannot find the charge yet it is on my statement. The manager stated that she would send me a blank email to my account and i should send back a photo of the transaction. She sent no email. I am disputing the charge with my bank I will never use marriot again

The property is very old and has not been remodel in years. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.

This place is under construction. We woke to construction noise and it’s none stop. I didn’t see anything about that on the site. Requesting 100% refund.

Outdated hotel & rooms are disappointing, especially bathrooms need upgrades & could be very nice if that’s done. The room was undesirable due to the bed/set up & a “connecting room” hearing the loud guy in the room next door as if he was in my room. Was provided $100 credit, but instead charged extra $50 for using the credit. Disputing that.
Very old carpeting throughout hotel needs to be replaced. Property is nice & great location, especially while visiting friends @ Sailfish point. If it was warmer, pool and pool bar seemed nice & room had large balcony.

Horrible rooms! Construction starting at 7:30 am. Doors slamming all day. From am to pm. Unruly children screaming, slamming doors crying etc. not peaceful or restful place to stay.

Mckayla at the front desk at checkin was fabulous. The beach and pool set up were great along with staff at Tiki and the beach. Our room was great just wished could of been able to go out on balcony. The cleaning people did great job but did feel rushed to check out. Would recommend and stay with Mariott on future stays.
