Internationales Studierendenhotel

I booked a room with a shared bathroom, as I just needed a place for sleeping one night. I'm always cautious about shared bathrooms as it often means that everything else is also cheap and you'll end up in a noisy room with paper thin walls. In this case looking at the reviews here before booking showed that my prejudice was wrong. Now afterwards I'm very satisfied with my choice. My room was otherwise just like a normal hotel room, but it didn't have a toilet or a shower (but it did have a sink). The bathroom was right next to my room and it was shared by two other rooms. I didn't see anybody else in the same floor during my whole stay so I assume I had the bathroom all by myself. The hotel was modern, but some signs of wear and tear were visible. I took the Stadtbahn from the city. It didn't take long and there were several lines coming to the hotel. The hotel was located almost right in the middle between two stops, so the walk to/from the stop took a few minutes. A breakfast was included in my room rate. It was a decent continental breakfast. For breakfast, the local Covid dining restrictions (2G plus, but those with a triple vaccination or double vaccinated with the last dose within 6 months were exempt from the testing requirement) applied. The front desk was friendly and spoke good English. As the front desk closes at 9 PM and I arrived shortly before it, they called me after 8 PM to check that I would be there before they close.

Gutes und günstiges Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer modern und sauber. Leider lauter Flur und Treppenhaus. Frühstück gut und reichlich, aber nichts Besonderes. Ich übernachte hier gerne weil es unkompliziert und sehr günstig ist. Freundliche Mitarbeiter,

Sono stato due notti in questo Hotel a Stoccarda, in Neckarstrasse (zona semicentrale); è uno studentato, quindi ci sono molti ragazzi, che prendono in affitto le camere con la cucina (alcune sono proprio sui pianerottoli, in bella vista...). Io avevo la stanza 508, al quinto piano; per arrivarci, bisognava prendere l'ascensore (che è esterno all'edificio, occhio ai colpi d'aria!) fino al 4° piano, e poi fare un piano a piedi. A parte questo piccolo disagio, la camera era decente, con la particolarità di una finestra mansardata, che si comandava elettricamente con una pulsantiera vicino al letto: schiacciando il numero 1, si apriva e si chiudeva; invece, premendo il numero 2, scendeva una tendina oscurante. Colazione nella norma; parcheggio possibile ai due lati dell'edificio, anche se i posti sono molto risicati (da una parte, c'è spazio solo per due auto, con una specie di aiuola rialzata, molto pericolosa in fase di manovra).

Ideaal als tussenstop of citytrip. Zalig wandelen door het park tot in het centrum. Je kan ook met de metro die net voor de deur stopt. Ruime en zeer nette kamer. Zeer lekker ontbijtbuffet. Zeer warm op de kamer en niet mogelijk om het raam open te zetten vanwege het lawaai van de metro.

Nichts zu beanstanden an dieser Einrichtung, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen der Stadt entfernt. Ruhig und sauber. Parken zum Preis von 45€ pro Tag. Und vor allem ein tolles Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, täglich wechselndem Gebäck.
