Hostal Maya Inn - Hostel

Let's start saying that on *********** the name i Sucremanta, but the name on the street Is Maya Inn (check the reviews under this name) So... we booked through booking few days ago to stay for 3 nights. We send them a message asking if we could have left the bags earlier and the only answer we received was the address and that we should have checked the check in policies. Wasn't easier to answer? Then I send another message specifying that I just wanted to leave the bags and they didn't answer answer. At the end I arrived there at 5am to leave the bags and a super impolite woman told me that they do not work with booking anymore and so was impossibile that our reservation was not confirmed. Then she asked me how much it was. I showed her my phone with the booking and she told me "OK, I will give u a room, but you have to pay one more night, because because it's early early check-in and because I'm working for you at 5 am, getting cold..". So I told her and another aggressive man, that was behind her, that I would not pay just to leave my bags, so the man came in front and closed the door in my face. End of the the story: at 5 am, with a 3yo baby, I had to look for another room. Never in my life I have been treated this way.
