This hotel has attempted to update and upgrade the experience but it falls short on a number of fronts
The rooms are clean but have a lingering smell of cigarette smoke that we disguised with a scented candle. Tolerable but not perfect
The rooms have been updated but the bathroom is tiny ( you need to close the door to sit on the toilet), the vanity surface is the size of a side plate, but the shower has been updated , is clean and spacious
The TV is an older 32” screen and the remote is old and feeble
They only clean and service the rooms once a week (on Wednesday) unless a guest checks out. But they don’t empty the garbage or stock the vanity items or change the towels during the stay
The best part of the experience was the front desk staff. He was wonderful

Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the guy working maintenance, I believe his name was Justin. The rooms were clean, spacious and nice. The kids loved the pool area. The location is not the greatest but they did have security to address that issue. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel has an excellent management team. My original stay was cancelled do to a storm. I called the hotel and the person at the front desk was very understanding. I wasn’t charged for calling after 6pm for the same day stay. I was happy to re-book 2 days later when our trip plans changed again.
We were very impressed with the staff and the resultant as well. Thank you !

Property is located in downtown area. It is very convenient location and everything is nearby however area doesn’t feel safe for families. Property is quite old but they have kept in good shape. Cleanliness was very good. Overall alright

The hotel rooms and hotel is very clean. The day staff were fantastic but the evening staff did not even make eye contact and didn’t pick up the phone when you called. He was very busy on his own cell phone! Having security was a good idea. The hotel needs some updating. The pool was nice. Our faucet in our bathroom didn’t work.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. The downstairs restaurant is excellent. My only suggestion is to turn off the heater before going to sleep, as it is quite loud when it kicks off.

Overall an amazing stay, the street that the hotel was on was a little run down. Not many stores or dining. A few homeless people around the area, they didn’t cause any trouble. The hotel had very good security.

Downtown Sudbury is what it is. The hotel does what it can with security and whatnot, but they can't fix it - nobody can. It was clean, the staff was efficient if not the most friendly, and the price was right.

Sketchy area of the city. Felt unsafe going from car to lobby .
.A lot of hair on bathroom floor .
Did not complain, as housekeeping staff had left. And it was xmas eve .
