Sehr Freundliche Mitarbeiter, mega guter Service - Kostenfreie Getränke für Hotelgäste, sehr gutes Frühstück
Zimmer müssten mal renoviert werden aber alles in allem würde ich auf jedenfall wiederkommen und das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Net hotel met een goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Suhl als plaats heeft niet heel veel te bieden in de zomer.

Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Kein Kaffeezubereitung auf dem Zimmer möglich. Nur an der Rezeption erhältlich, wenn Personal dazu Lust hatte.

Über die eigene Internetseite soll es 165 kosten. 2 x die Buchung eingegeben. Error, soll anrufen. Ruf ich bei der Dame an, soll auf einmal wieder mehr bezahlen. Verantwortlicher nicht da. Wird nicht zurück rufen. Da buche ich lieber wo anders, deswegen geht das auch immer Pleite. Sorry

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr grosses, ruhiges Zimmer und Badezimmer in der 11. Etage. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Rundumsicht im 15. Stock. Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zentrale Lage neben Kongresszentrum.
