Der Empfang und das gesamte Personal war absolut freundlich und bemerkenswert engagiert. Dies führt zu den positiven Punkten. Das Hotel hat den Charme der 70er leider bisher behalten. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur in absolut renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand, sondern sie lassen auch in Punkto Sauberkeit sehr viel Luft nach oben. Der Teppich hat den Dreck der letzten Jahre augenscheinlich behalten, die Gardinen sind mehr als grau und beim aufziehen kommen einem die Spinnweben entgegen geschwebt. Dies trägt nicht dazu bei, dass man das Hotel weiter empfiehlt. Den absoluten Knaller bietet die Tiefgarage, die weder den Namen verdient noch den Preis wert ist, auch hier bröselt die Geschichte von den Wänden. Alles sehr schade.

gutes Frühstück, jedoch Rezeption beim Einchecken 19 Uhr zunächst nicht besetzt, sehr schmales Bett, vorausbezahlter Zimmerpreis wurde fast nochmal auf die Rechnung gesetzt

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Betten sind gut, das Frühstück auch. Das Haus ist, wenn auch renoviert, alt. Die Zimmertüren sind undicht, gehen schwer zu, weil sie hängen.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu diesem Preis okay.

Lobenswert muss ich bemerken, dass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben, trotz Hund im separaten Raum zu Frühstücken.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht zu Gast, da wir eine Abendveranstaltung im CCS Suhl besucht haben. Das Hotel ist genial gelegen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt, CCS und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist funktionell, großer TV. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl und toller Qualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Charme-befreite Aufenthaltsbereiche, wenig Komfort und die heutigen Erwartungen an den Zimmerkomfort (Ausstattung, Wasserkocher/Getränke) werden kaum erfüllt. Aber immerhin sehr freundlich-bemühter Service und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück.

Der Check-In Termin von 15 Uhr konnte nicht eingehalten werden. In der Dusche war das Duschgel alle. Die Siliconfugen der Dusche waren sehr schmutzig. Die Heizungsanlage blubberte die ganze Zeit(sollte man mal entlüften). Das Bad stand nach dem Duschen unter Wasser.
