Serenti Pamuk Hotel

Sadly we booked the wrong location, same town name but wrong province mistakenly on the app, as it was very confusing in Turkish, so we let the hotel know as soon as possible in the early afternoon so the rooms could be resold, but no consideration or even part refund given. We called the manager on the suggestion of Trip.com to explain but they showed no care or understanding so we lost our money. 3 rooms. Not very hospitable.

Property is nice, but it is difficult to find place at the parking for a car. Parking area is small as the hotel is in historical center

Everything was sufficient ! Rooms were clean although smaller than the pictures showed. The internet didn’t work well. Very close to restaurants and a good location!

Hôtel bien situé à deux minutes du meydan. Quartier central, commerçant, animé. Le personnel est sympathique et à l’écoute. Dommage que les chambres donnent sur une rue étroite et sans visibilité. Petit déjeuner turc classique mais correct dans une salle à manger un peu triste.

Otel işletmecisi Erkan bey ve personeli müşterilerinin her türlü ihtiyaç ve gereksinimlerini çok iyi derecede karşılıyorlar. Giresun şehir merkezinde olan otelden her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Hem ailecek hem de iş seyahatlerinizde bence kalınabilecek çok iyi bir otel.

Karadeniz gezisinde üç gün kaldık. Temizlik odaların düzeni personel güleryüzlülüğü çoğu beş yıldızlı otelde yok. İşim gereği antalya çoğu oteli biliyorum temizlik gerçekten çok ön planda otelde. Aralık ayında ısıtma merkezi sistem, ayrıyeten klima var. Batum dan itibaren gezdiğimiz gezimizde en çok memnun kaldığımız oteldi. Oda kahvaltı açık büfe standartın çok üzerinde hizmet. İlk girişte resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaşın ilgisinden güzel yere geldiğimiz anladık. Otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.
