Property is very old and the service also not good in night time they started dj and it was difficult to sleep as they have a marriage function there

They need an hour to serve a water bottle despite of several inhouse service calls. Pathetic !.

The worst kind of staff service I have ever seen and a very unpleasant stay. The hotel staff denied me to change the dirty bedsheets as I was about to check-out that day. She started complaining that bedsheets wouldn't dry because of humid climate and started picking a fight over that.

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out process was smooth. Room service was good. I reached the hotel at around 1:30 am as i was traveling through a train which got delayed. But the staffs were available even at that hour.

booked deluxe room with breakfast. Worst experience. only 2pc aloo paratha and one omelet provided during breakfast. No buffet breakfast arrangement. No toilet kit, no hot water, rooms are shabby.
