Według nas hotel godny polecenia, zdecydowanie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Otrzymaliśmy ładny pokój z widokiem na basen. Obsługa bardzo dobra, znająca język angielski i niemiecki. Generalnie było bardzo czysto. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników codziennie. Jedzenie dobre, szczególnie podobał nam się wieczorek tematyczny z kuchnią bułgarską. Oprócz tego plus za animacje i zajęcia aquafit w basenie. Jeśli miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to łóżko, ponieważ miało być jedno duże łóżko typu "king size", a zamiast tego były dwa pojedyncze zsunięte razem. Mimo to było wygodne.

W tej chwili mieszkamy w Diamant Residence. Mogę opisać jednym słowem - Gourgeous! Jest bardzo elegancki, pokoje są bez skazy, personel jest bardzo profesjonalny i pomocny. Restauracja jest niesamowita z dużym wyborem mięs, makaronów, sałatek, jedzeniem odpowiednim dla osób lubiących wegetariańskie i wegańskie jedzenie. Jesteśmy z bardzo małym dzieckiem, jego łóżko jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Rezydencja Diamant jest jak mały raj w Słonecznym Brzegu. Może to jeden z najlepszych hoteli, które odwiedziłem.

Minusy: Chociaż jedzenie było całkiem dobre jak na bufet, opcje deserowe były raczej kiepskie (ale owoce były naprawdę świeże). Jeśli chcesz pić wodę w swoim pokoju, musisz ją kupić sam (nie wolno napełniać własnej butelki wodą w restauracji / barze z przekąskami). Siłownia była w porządku, ale raczej słaba jak na 4-gwiazdkowy hotel: trening jest możliwy, ale niezbyt przyjemny. Wady wcale nie były przełomem, chciałem tylko je wskazać

It was great hotel on a high standard. The room was very clean, the food was very tasty, the service was great and really friendly. In spa I recommend Hammam offer. It’s near to beautiful beach, supermarkets. Next to hotel is "mini train” to Nesebar. The bar has a few good drinks for example “Diamant” also beer and wine. The snack bar has yummy burgers. The Gym was free. For sure I’ll come back to this amusing place.

Animation great! With the little materials they have they made it a verder nice holiday for us as an family. The animation team was very nice and always took the time to advise explain whatsoever. Thumbs up! Food was the same every time z hygiëne could be better. Snacks were only 2 options if not 3. The room was nice and clean. Staff was nice as well.

Thank you for a very pleasant holiday in your hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is nice and food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and everyday there are numerous different meals to choose from. Just 5 minutes away from the sea where you can get by a comfortable path. All in all it was a great holiday with absolutely no troubles, thank you! :-)

the hotel does not correspond to 4 *, but it is a hostel. There is a mold in the bathroom. drawers fall apart. The room has a balcony, but it's a mockery. We complained at the reception, but unfortunately without the possibility of changing the room. The air conditioning didn't work as it should. I definitely can't recommend this hotel.
