Rome Palace Deluxe - All Inclusive

The hotel was fabulous....the entrance hall was outstanding, the pool area classy and the terrace dining area wouldn't have looked out of place in Covent Garden (London). The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean (as per the rest of the hotel) and the food was delicious and fresh! The hotel was managed exceptionally by the hotel manager who was very hands on, helping her staff whenever required and treating them respectfully also. She had some great customer service-oriented staff who really stood out....the lovely receptionist who was always there and had a permanent smile, very welcoming. The entertainment guy Kiril was fantastic with all the guests and the children and such a lovely young gentleman and Marianne who worked at the pool bar provided excellent service and always with a smile. I couldn't fault anything and I will definitely return....even solo, as I felt totally safe there! It is also less than 2 miles (regular bus service from outside the hotel) to Nesibar which is like York abroad....quaint, cobbled streets and beautiful views and plenty of history (old ruins etc), it was a delightful place to visit and the seafood was delicious. Looking forward to returning to the hotel and Nesibar!

This hotel was very clean great rooms the staff couldn’t do enough for me for the bar man to the receptionist the food drinks was good value and variety for a all inclusive 5 stars ⭐️ for me will return to the Rome palace deluxe

The hotel is new, very nice and very close to the sea. The food is very delicious, plentiful and healthy. There are lots of fruits and they serve different kinds of seafood very often. The towels are changed often, and the sheets as well. There is nice fitness. The staff is great and very friendly. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and I will definitely visit it again.

I’m still here hotel is clean pool is very small the staff are great especially Tito on the pool bar but have to eat out even tho all inclusive the food is cold disgusting same all the time don’t eat here

I rested at the hotel for 7 days and did not notice how quickly time passed! I liked everything very much! The hotel is incredibly beautiful, the interior is exquisite!!! There was food and drinks for every taste and choice, you could always eat deliciously. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Waiters, maids and bartenders worked at the highest level. Special thanks to Ms. Svetlana at the reception for all explanations and service. It was very nice to rest here and I would come back here again. Thank Rome Palace Deluxe for a wonderful vacation!❤️

We had an absolutely amazing two weeks here and would like to especially thank Gabriel and the young girl who covered him when he was off (can’t remember her name) and also worked in the restaurant..you both made our holiday. Food was great and only a 20 minute walk in to Sunny Beach centre. The cleaning staff are lovely and the apar**ent was spotless.

Hotel is next to the main road, so very noisy and pool area overlooked by passers-by and buses etc. Hotel stunning in the Reception Area, bedrooms good size, everything we expected. Service adequate, lack of smiles from staff... except the pool barman... what a pleasant, hardworking gentleman. AND then the Food...... Looked good on our first visit to the restaurant.... unfortunately was lukewarm at best... shame to have to use a microwave if you want a hot meal... best time to eat dinner is 6.30pm till 6.35pm... after that , it's potluck on what's left... Management reply when asked why some food was no longer available... her reply was.. when it's gone, it's gone, there's no more... and that was at 7.30pm... restaurant is open till 9pm ... we ended up eating out, not very good for a 4* Hotel. Would visit Bulgaria again... but not this Hotel. Pool Sunbeds and tables needed to be jetwashed as very sticky from spilt drinks. Lobby Bar was hit and miss for drinks being served... went to get a drink... was told to go and use the pool bar.... plastic cups are okay when sat by the pool, but not when you're sat in the lobby area

It was excellent, smooth efficient check in, nice staff, room spotlessly clean, comfy beds, Aircon, large balcony, 2 chairs and table. Thick curtains, great lighting, lots of sockets, lots of mirrors, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, no milk. Fridge, large TV, Netflix, great shower, luggage rack, coat hooks, lots of coat hangers. There has been a lot of thought put into guests needs here. One thing overlooked is a shelf in the bathroom to put your toothbrush, toothpaste etc. I had to leave them on the sink which isn't very hygienic for the toothbrush. Restaurant, lots of seating inside and out, spotlessly clean, hardworking, pleasent staff. Low music playing. The food is amazing, just so much choice and variety. I particularly liked the microwave provided to heat up your food as Bulgarian food is eaten luke warm or cold. Fresh fruit counter, fresh show cooked food counter for breakfast and dinner, large selections of breads, fresh salads and meze, soup, cold meats and cheeses. Pastas, casseroles, grills, fish, mussels, rice dishes, potatoes, chips. Pork, chicken, lamb. Amazing selection of desserts, ice cream. Hot and cold drinks, cold water, red, white, rose wine and beer at lunch and dinner. Staff very efficient at clearing dirty plates and tables and responding to any problems, such. As wine ran out, breakages etc. The bars were a bit disappointing, the staff poorly trained and didn't know how to make the cocktails, which were there were a good of. They put ice in the glasses with their hands, very bad practice and very unhygienic! I refused the drink and insisted they used tongs or another vessel to put ice in my drink, they did as I asked but continued to use their hands for ice in the other customers drinks. This was happening in both bars. I spoke to general manager about this 3 times and she assured me it will be stopped. Something to look out for if you go. The swimming pool area, although small was very pretty and beautifully kept. The sunbeds were plentiful when I went . There is a small pool for children and a little play park in the garden. All very clean and in good repair. Afternoon snacks in the outside bar was cold chips,pizza, which were a bit dried up, no salt and pepper or napkins provided. I did ask for salt but was told it was in the restaurant and I couldn't be bothered to go and get it! Fruit, biscuits and cakes. A plentiful supply of ice cream was available all the time I believe, and it was lovely. No music, very peaceful around pool. Low music at bar, it was perfect for rest and relaxation. Out of the back of hotel it was a couple of minutes walk to the boardway path over the dunes to the sandy beach. An easy walk. Car parking was easy to find and secure in the hotel's grounds. The sauna and steam room could be rented for an hour and half for 20lv. The fitness room was open and free. Would I stay here again? You bet I would! Fantastic value for money. The hotel was clean, the meals were diverse. The animation team was extremely professional, the girl who held the aqua gym and the other daily games was really nice, friendly and helpful. She could always cheer us up.
