Had a wonderful stay at Sole Miami. The room was clean and comfortable and the water fall shower in the bathroom was excellent. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The resort fee for the beach setup is well worth it. The pool bar has a great selection of drinks and food that can be brought to you on the beach which is really nice.

the staff is very professional and available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, anyone we interacted at the hotel was really nice and friendly.
facilities are great and location is awesome.
there is indeed some construction next door, we did not hear anything from the room but it was noticeable from the restaurant and the pool, not so much from the beach.
food was great and so were the drinks.
valet parking is required and is a bit expensive but it is great at service level. there are some taxes and fees, on the bill but nothing to be noted (about 6.00 per day per person in taxes 45 per day per room resort fee). the resort fee and valet are disclosed.
the experience would have been better if the resort fee was like the valet, per use fee, instead of default charge per day.
overall I definitely coming back.

The staff are very friendly. Even with partial view, the view is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. In some ways the room looked like a mix of used/old furniture & more modern accessories. We stayed 6 days and there was one night stand between the beds with 2 drawers. I felt like the room would benefit from built in storage or shelving in the closet. It’s a good location close to many good restaurants and a great grocery store. The beach is wonderful and the swimming spectacular.

I left a VERY EXPENSIVE pair of sunglasses at the hotel after my checkout and ANIL was nice enough to assist me and get them mailed to Ohio! Thanks so much!

The property and grounds were very nice but we had some serious service issues. Anything we ordered from the bar was either incorrect or never came. After two hours of waiting I had to go up and cancel our orders. Multiple times our drinks came out incorrect.
The bathroom also got soaked anytime we used the shower. Water would get out of the shower and puddle up on the floor of the bathroom making it unsafe. Had to put down 2-3 towels every time.

Poor maintenance, toilet was broken in our room and my sister room. I also heard another guest complaining about the toilet.
The front desk was rude and not professional.
Housekeeping service was horrible. She took our dirty towels, but didn't leave clean once. Didn't take out the trash. When i asked the front girl at the lobby if thats normal, her answer was i dont know because im bot in Housekeeping. Beach chairs were not available for all guests. One of the days the pool manager approached us and said the pool will be closing early due to some party reservations. Im really not sure why did i pay the resort fee.
Will not stay at this hotel again.
