Terroble hotel. Broken washroom. Rude always say NO staff. Horrible receptionist. Very bad experience of 2 days. This hotel and owners misuse mercy of lord krishna but rip off customers. Restaurant serves food which will only be spicy. Brreakfast is average

Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan.

We had been to Vrindavan with friends for holy trip. Hotel staff was very cooperative, courteous and supportive. Although after check out from the hotel in the morning, great hospitality was extended again in the afternoon and evening. The food was delicious. The Rooms were spacious. However, the washrooms were bit smaller in size.

Best place to stay in Vrindavan we find this hotel in the might night . Neat &clean rooms at reasonable price . Whole hotel staff is very humble nd help fully. Satisfied with the provided . Also food was very tasty .radhey radhey

Stayed for one night during family visit to Vrindavan in Jun-22. Rooms are clean with decent space/tables & small sofa. Restaurant & lobby are spacious. They have a dedicated parking lot with a guard who assists in car parking. Location is on main road and e-rickshaws are easily available for visiting temples. We ordered dinner from restaurant and had breakfast (incl in room), both tasted good. Staff was helpful. Room rates vary depending upon day/season/rush/bargain. Overall decent stay, nothing to complain about.

Two large rooms were provided at a very reasonable price in the suit form. Very spacious with fridge etc. Bad thing was the beds were not comfortable; they were too soft and sinking in the middle. Please get a proper bed with a mattress and box spring.

Hotel location is very good near to Prem mandir 1 km and banke bihari temple 2.5km form hotel . Anywhere going to hotel take riksha . Rooms was neat clean and rooms service is quick . Staff was humble also guide to how to reach any temple . Nice stay with family I recommend to all.

I BOOKED DOUBLE DELUX ROOM THROUGH ONLINE AT TIME OF CHECK IN THEY PROVIDE TINY ROOM TO US WE 3 PERSON AND THEY NOT PROVIDE EXTRA MATTRESS ALSO....AFTER ARGUMENT THEY SAYS PAY EXTRA 2000 AFTER WE PROVIDE YOU BETTER ROOM..
