Exceptional service and immaculate cleanliness made my recent stay at Shangri-la a truly delightful experience. I like the hotel design, very spacious and family-oriented environment. The staff are friendly and helpful with our early check-in request. The room is clear and the spa room is huge. The breakfast is a ritual and the food at the restaurants are delicious. I spent 2.5 hour enjoying the morning breakfast. I will come back again.

Love the breakfast buffet and the service at the lounge. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to a huge mall. Love the cookies sold at the cafe. Huge swimming area for family fun and there’s spa facilities too.
