Breakfast excellent, staff very kind and polite, shuttle bus available to Tunjungan Plaza which helps cos streets are really busy there and hard to cross the road if you want to walk to Tunjungan Plaza. In the shower, the knob is difficult to turn when hands are slippery so design can be improved. The door to the toilet and the shower also open towards each other so not ideal. Otherwise, at current price, it is value for money.

I've been to a few 4 and 5 star hotels. But this is the one i'm most impressed with so far! The hospitality of the staff, the quality of the room, and the breakfast food selections are amazing! Definitiely considering this hotel again the next time i'm back in Surabaya!

"The location was superb, with a variety of food cafes just a stone's throw away. However, the shower was a bit of a letdown as it didn't deliver warm water despite my attempts to adjust it. The view from my room was also not as captivating as I had hoped. On a brighter note, the personal touch was delightful – a warm greeting from Zaiful Ali and a charming elephant-shaped towel display added a unique touch to my experience."

Great selection of food for breakfast. But beware of the prayer everyday at 4am that makes us lacked sleep every day

The hotel is located in prime area with walkable distance to many cafes, restaurants and Tanjungan Plaza (Largest mall in Surabaya). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave us cookies when we checked in. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Surabaya.
