Location is very good - one of the best services I encountered in the different hotels. All the staffs ready make a point to serve with their best and have the guests interests as their top priority. I would recommend Sheraton to anyone who wants to relax in the hotel. The only flip side is that the swimming pool is situated quite a distance near the breakfast area.

Sheraton Surabaya is conveniently located right next to the 2nd largest shopping mall in Indonesia. So for travellers who are not keen to travel too far or trapped in the traffic, this would be the best choice for you!!
Was a tad disappointed that our sleep got disturbed by the renovation in the morning. Really hope the hotel management could pay more attention to that. Otherwise, a great hotel that we will return to again.

Decided to upgrade to the new renovated room. Room was comfortable. Good location just beside TP mall.

I had a great and enjoyable stay, the guest room was clean, breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Only 1 issue I had, the swimming pool was dirty, did not dare step in. But overall it was a great experience staying at Sheraton!
