Room was clean and ar conditioning working smoothly. For the morning breakfast, well it's just enough for me to filled up. All staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night in deluxe room. The room is big with a comfy big bed and great view to the river from the 11th floor. A hot shower, a separate sink in the room, a fridge, a desk to work, and a microwave. Curtains could be washed more to have a better view but i understand that is very difficult to take them away because the ceiling is pretty high. There is a swimming pool in the hotel also.

Stayed a few times at this hotel. Not so new but well maintained.. and there’s smoking room as well, microwave oven and fridge.

Nice cheap hotel with superb location. Only a few minutes walk to Taman bungkul and Surabaya zoo.
The hotel has a small pool for adults. Gym a bit small with limited equipment.

Location is rather away from city center. There's a food court for local food right outside the hotel. Hotel is quite old not really well maintained but justified given the price point. Rooms are old, a lil dirty and room service is slow. It's not bad but slow. My room didn't come with towels or any amenities. Had to call front desk to ask for it and it took them almost an hour to send it to the room.
