I went by the global branding, but was dismayed to a large extent. First, it related to booking of a room for one night stay enroute Gandhinagar from Mumbai. 7 calls. Received by the hotel but unable to find anyone at the reservation desk. Call back never happened and was also told, the staff were in a meeting. Don’t be kidding, that you are a global chain Check in was smooth. As one enters the allotted room, the towels looked dull, bed sheets had human hair and pillow cover had stains. The linen were quickly changed and suddenly you get nice looking bed covers and sheets, The house keeping, Mr Biswas, was the only positive impact in an otherwise drab stay. Dining, We wanted to go a la carte, the staff could not serve an item in the buffet ( Sindhi Kadi ) to us on a chargeable basis… still unable to fathom!! We thought a buffet item is faster to get instead of going for an item in the menu. Check out was smooth and fast as our desire to get away quicker in the morning. The vast drive way / walkway around the hotel could not be enjoyed since we stayed only between 6 pm to 7 am… We will not return to this property.
