Lords Resort Chotila

"Excellent hotel. I am from South and I came here for my business visit. I am staying at Lords Hotel from the month of july - 7 24. It was a great service staff in the restaurant , reception, as well as the housekeeping team. The room was very spacious, The housekeeping staff cleaned my room very well in a daily and had the amenities that i needed. For the restaurant team, one of the person name was Sudeep Biswas and He was doing good ,and i like him the way to welcoming guests. Not only him, but the overall restaurant team will be doing well and good. But I need to add some South indian breakfast with choices and food to be make in a South indian style. In the receptionist and billing guy also doing good. And the billing was prepared & given by the right time. So, the overall hotel is good for a short stay as well as long. For the improvement point, first, know the customer needs ,what they want, and proceed in your way to keep moving on.

The stay was very nice food is very special for in chotila and front office staff is so nice specially Mr Lalit in front office really nice person check-in formalities is smooth we will stay again as soon as possible I really recommend to this property my friend and relatives

Very terrible experience in name of loads. Water was very dirty it seems they never made any cleaning in property.

The location of the resort is outstanding. It falls directly on national highway. Rooms are quite large. One of the biggest rooms i have been to. Outside atmosphere seems quite pure and pollution free. This was my 6th visit to this resort for a leisure trip. Cook prabhu is excellent.

Property is found with mm-trip application, it is good service is excellent and cooperative staff. Maintenance is required to be improved. Overall happy stay.

The hotel is a decent little hotel near chotila. Its not too far from the temple. Considering the location, its one of the best options available there. We did not get a chance to try their food but the room was clean. The first room offered to us was a little damp but they quickly changed it for us to another room which smelt fresh and clean.

It's good but need to improve their restaurant although property is good rooms are also good only draw back that hygiene in restaurant needed

It's was very nice, staff was good, food good cooperative staff, nice kotage, we like it.

I do not recommend this resort at all at Chotila not sure other city's. However i can assume this Brand is not good at all. No Hot water, swimming pool is not working, game room closed. Breakfast not good even toaster is not working. Not sure why people going there. Linen is not good like towel etc. service is ok. I was talking with front desk somebody came and start talking front desk does not say that person wait actually i have to wait. Do not know how to service customer. not well trained at all. Zero recommendation for this.
