We booked the hotel deluxe studio for the three of us (girls) through this app, it's comes with a buffet breakfast as well. For the accommodation, location, and room it was great! The room is tidy and clean though it has few amenities (no water bottles, toothbrush and toothpaste), lucky we were able to have them. Hotel buffet breakfast served a different variety of foods and drinks. For the location, it was very convenient, it was within walking distance of the beach and Cavil Avenue.

Overall the stay was great, but the room need some painting. The buffet breakfast was standard, could include more varieties like congee. The facilities were good. Thank you.

The hotel is at a great location, just a few minutes walk away from surfers paradise. It is also located right next to a tram stop which is super convenient. The hotel room and toilet was quite clean, the only issue is some stains on the curtains and carpets.

Very good service at front desk. Nothing was a problem snd staff were very keen to help. I have travelled for 4 months now and this was the best place. Location, cleanliness and service!

The hotel provides a good price for its excellent hotel location and room service. You can walk to many different restaurants and the downtown easily.

Good location, big room. WiFi was a bit disappointing had to hook up my 5g to work online as it was too slow. Generally good though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room facilities were a bit seasoned. The lighting in bathroom was not bright enough. The breakfast included is amazing. A lot of choices on different food items, hot or cold. Unfortunately one of two coffee machines broke down so a bit of wait for my coffee making (3 minutes only, not horribly long). Understandably it happened sometimes.
In terms of overall hotel price performance, I reckon it is the best of all hotels in Gold Coast. Will definitely come back next time.

A bit tired. Kinda like being back in the 1980s. Good dirty Chinese attached to the hotel...all a bit meh though... you can find somewhere better...
