Fantastic Apar**ent with excellent views of ocean , just a stroll to Surfers Main Stretch, you have everything you need around your stay .. Location Is Great …public transport if needed..Markets on Wednesday evening also Friday Saturday & Sunday

My partner and I had 3 enjoyable nights, the unit was roomy and beds comfortable. Location was closest to the surf club for meals and trams to Pacific Fair and Surface Paradise. The apartments are within a 3 minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend it.

My family stayed in a two bedroom superior ocean view apartment as we do every year for the car races. As usual it was just perfect. The apartment had been renovated since our last visit and it was lovely. Spacious and clean with everything you could need plus some added extras. Our grandson just loved the pool and beautiful warm spa. The apartments are a very short walk to the rail link and also a nice little Club which has lovely meals. Also a very short walk to the beach. We park the car when we arrive and don’t use it again until we leave. I must make special mention of Fred. Both over the phone and in person his customer service was above and beyond. He was so very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t ask for more than that. This has been our accommodation choice for years and it never disappoints. We will be back next year. Our thanks to Fred and all staff who make our stay so perfect Vicki and Family

Loved everything about the place, the one bedroom unit with ocean view on the 11th floor was just fantastic, it had everything you need, just a short walk to Cavill Ave so not in the midst of all the noise and craziness. Only one road to cross to get to the beach, easy! Check in was smooth and super friendly. We will definitely be back, it's fantastic value for money

Very disappointed with our stay at Barronett apartments beautiful ocean view but very dirty 2 bedroom apartment
balcony doors not clean properly can see smudges AlI over doors have a infant who is crawling and jumpsuit was filthy black from floor that suppose to be vacuum and mopped before each guest arrives
Feel reception should advise you of facilities was unaware of tennis courts has they are hidden around the side and rackets and balls available to use but not told we’re to borrow from and also 2 days of staying there they we’re resealing pool which we could not use for 2 days of our stay
Has we were there we received to notifications of noise complaint which we weren’t making noise has they were also aware we had a infant in the apartment also which they can’t expect to always be quiet hard when you have permenant residents when your on vaccation
Overall would not recommend this apartment for family’s

Everything with the apartment was great. Didn’t like the construction noise starting at 6am.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The room was dirty, there was splatter of what looked like BBQ sauce on the bedroom walls, coffee mugs were chipped, the windows were filthy, the glass door to the patio could only be opened by a strong person with two hands, and numerous other things broken and in poor condition that made the room look shabby. We had paid extra to stay on a mid level room with ocean view. I approached the desk on the day of arrival with our concerns and was advised to email pictures, which I did. Nothing was resolved and my email was ignored. When we returned home I sent a second email and was lied to when they said my first email went to spam. It did not, as I checked with reception a few hours later and they said they received it. I advised them that I wouldn’t give them a negative review on Trip Advisor as would rather approach them directly. Sadly my follow up email has been ignored as well, and they have had more than a month to respond. Very disappointed with their views on customer satisfaction.

Ample, clean and within walking distance of food and shops. Check in was efficient and without any hassles, reception person was friendly. Would definitely stay again.
