Our room was lovely and clean. Great stay. Was hesitant at first due to the bad reviews and hoping it was okay but we were not disappointed. Will

Room was filthy. Felt like it hadnt been cleaned properly for a very long time. Thick dust and grime on surfaces. Food in between couches,not enough crockery for a family of 4. Mould in bathroom. Checked out early as not up to standard.

Eaten alive by bed bugs. Not happy at all unit 13.slept on the couch for eight nights *****ped the bed there were hundreds of bed mites. I will never stay here again spoilt my whole trip and I've got lumps all over my body. Reception are never in the office to speak to. Don't stay here I am really pissed off.

Great location. Loved the little sandy beach we had out the back. Beds weren’t comfortable and the third children’s bed was a fold out bed put in the lounge room

K resort was in a great location, nice pool and spa. Safe lockable parking and resort entry. Loved that the apartment had air con and blinds through out. Was great for a big family. Only downfall was in wasn’t very clean, mould in the drain sinks in both bathrooms, under lounges was dirty, in cupboard where bin is kept was dirty. Other then that was great

Just returned from staying here as part of our trip to see family in Queensland. It was awful ! Filthy and smelly , amenities such as spar (a very small plunge pool) was not open, bbq broken, Wi-Fi was at an extra cost, dishwasher broken. No one I. Reception , only manned till 3 pm weekdays. Telephoned with issues, had to leave message and no one got back to us. Ruined our stay and had to leave early, will try and attach photos so you can see for yourself.

Our room was mouldy and smelt terrible. We stayed one night cancelled the other 3 night back oct 15th and are still fighting for our refund don’t stay here
