The first room we got the bathroom light went out at midnight, they switched us to a different room and in the next room the air wouldn't work. We were uncomfortable for 2 days due to maintenance issues.

The front desk staff are absolutely fantastic!! The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. I would stay here again.
Note-fan in the bathroom did not work & room was dark, more lighting would be nice.

The faucet in the shower was broken and it was a hit and Miss to find the right temp and flow. Didn’t turn off completely. There were stains on the ceiling from leakage from room above. “Included breakfast “ was misleading. It was a paper sack with items from Costco. All chosen for you.

The "free" breakfast consisted of a fruit, yogurt, muffin and a snack bar. Normally breakfast means a hot breakfast--very disappointing. The safe was locked when we arrived and it took them a whole day to figure out how to unlock it. The toliet plugged up and the guy brought the plunger and asked me if I wanted to use it--umm, NO. He did clear it. When we checked out, I asked for the final bill to be emailed--it never came. The whole property needs a full remodeling and upgrade. For $200 a night, we expected better. Will not stay there again.

the room was ok, needs new cover on headboards. breakfast, sack bag was a joke, have stayed in other hotels around area and have a breakfast room to enjoy a casual continental breakfast. Days Inn needs to open up breakfast room. door on west side of building didn't lock. for the amount of money and 6 days staying there, expecting some improvements stated above. sad that these wont be followed up, might try next year in staying here.

Room had bad odor like cigar. Outlets did not work and carpet was dirty. Breakfast was not provided. Unsafe area and not family friendly at all. Many people walking around the hotel and vehicle area. Decided to leave after the 1st night.
Note: The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and kind.

We stay predominantly at wyndom hotels but this days in by wyndom in surprise was lousy. The breakfast was a brown bag, the tub had no plug, the people around the hotel parking lot wasn't the best. And the price, almost $200.00 for the night. We will not be staying at wyndom in Surprise again.
