Moxhull Hall

We had our wedding at Moxhull on Leap Day and from start to finish it was incredible. The start was 18 months prior to the big day when we went to view the venue, quickly booking in to take our mums back to get their opinion before we booked Moxhull however we already knew from the moment we drove up to this spectacular venue that this was our dream. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Moxhull Hall and everything went off without a hitch, from getting us and some of our guests booked in to stay the night before the wedding right the way down to giving us a personal farewell the day after. A very special mention has to go to Danielle, our co-ordinator, who was on hand every minute of our special day even down to helping me change my shoes before the reception. The food was out of this world and even now, 6 months later as I write this review we still have people talking about our wedding breakfast. In our opinion it was absolutely incredible value for money with what you get included plus the level of service from all staff. Thank you for making our day truly incredible.

We celebrated my Mum’s 80th birthday at Moxhull Hall. From our first visit through to the party itself, Andreas, Gary and the team could not have been more welcoming, professional and supportive. The venue and gardens are gorgeous, the facilities immaculate and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We have had so many compliments from our guests about everything. Thank you to all the team for your hard work and kindness.

Visited for a family wedding. Impressive venue where nothing was too much trouble. The staff were courteous and attentive, even providing scissors for last minute adjustments and label removal. Everyone agreed the food was delicious, full marks to the catering team and a delicious breakfast the following morning. We were fortunate with the weather, which allowed the guests to enjoy the extensive outside space. We stayed in a courtyard room , which was tastefully decorated and had a super comfortable bed. Fantastic wedding hotel, which helped our beautiful bride and groom and their guests create a memorable special day.

What an amazing wedding venue. We attended a wedding on Thursday and from the moment we arrived early in the morning nothing was too much trouble. The event flowed seamlessly from a.m to the early hours. The gardens are stunning in which to hold the ceremony, but there is also a beautiful room inside if the weather is not so good. We moved from one area to the next, with the wedding planner quietly/invisibly keeping us all on time. Food was delicious and every member of staff was happy to help with anything. Bedrooms that we saw were fab along with breakfast. We would love to have stayed longer in such a beautiful venue.

My daughter got married at this spectacular venue. From almost a year before Agnes, wedding planner was excellent. So welcoming on our pre wedding visits, nothing was too much. Lots of valuable advice too. The wedding day itself was no different, from beginning to end, nothing short of perfection. The hotel and grounds are amazing as are all the staff we met. Again Agnes was there from the beginning helping to guide the day. There were no mishaps and both bride and groom said it was the best day ever. The food was so good and large portions. Everyone on our 12 seated table said the same. Great to have early 'getting ready' cabins for both bride and groom and early check in for some guests. These little things meant to world on the day. Moxhull Hall , you should be very proud of this 5 star venue

This hotel and staff crated the most amazing memorable time of my life. From the beginning to the end. Gary is easy to work with, I didn’t see or notice any behind the scenes work. He truly is brilliant at what he does. From last minute discovery of guest with food allergies and being able to whisk up a complete meal for her so she didn’t go without to the full event taking place left me speechless. I am a proud bride and definitely privileged to have experienced such hospitality. If you want perfection and a place that makes your dreams come true. Moxhull Hall is the place for you. I currently live in the USA and we did all the planning by phone. Gary guided us each step of the way and was simply amazing. The grounds are spectacular and the perfect location for pictures. Thank you so much for creating my perfect wedding day.

I stayed here for two nights due to a very special family wedding held at this beautiful venue. I literally have nothing but positive feedback for the whole time we all stayed here (except a taxi wait which was not due to any fault of the staff or venue). The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us and the wedding party. The whole day ran smoothly including the food from the morning breakfast, the pimms and canapés after the ceremony, wedding breakfast and then to top it the evening kebabs! So much food with such generous portions. Well done Moxhull Hall on an incredibly special wedding day which will live in our memories forever. I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone wanting that perfect place for their special day.

Wow what an amazing venue this is! We had our amazing wedding here and they made everything run smoothly from our first meeting with Gary to all the questions and requests we had, to making our day one to remember without a hitch. It was just perfect and I can’t thank the team enough, we had such positive comments on the venue and how beautiful it was and how excellent all the food. We can’t thank you all enough!

Stayed there for a wedding. Rooms excellent but lacked a few of the regular frills eg tissues and slippers. Food very good. Grounds lovely and well maintained. All staff were very polite and attentive.
