Excellent value - proprietors work very hard to make sure everything is just right for their guests Dinner superb and very good value

Do not stay at this hotel! They advertise a restaurant and then decline to open it if they decide they do not have enough guests. Then they refuse to cancel your booking after withdrawing their initial offer of food. They charge you the full cost of a stay even if you have had to find somewhere else where you can be fed after a day's driving through France. Choose a proper Logis Hotel which provides the services they advertise and put their guests first. And don't use the central Logis de France booking service which has an inflexible 10 day cancellation policy. The hotel owner pretended he could do nothing because I booked centrally while the central 'customer service' did nothing to countermand their member's unacceptable behaviour. Tantamount to theft!

Confortable, calme , propre , petit déjeuner avec produits locaux de qualité, à quelques mn en voiture du centre de Suze-La-Rousse. Classeur dans la chambre avec listes de restaurants( judicieusement choisis) et conseils touristiques.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. accueil agréable .Petit déjeuner très bien avec des produits faits maison. Je recommande fortement. cet excellent hôtel est placé en dehors du village à 2.5 km au calme dans un cadre unique.

L'hôtel est agréable et très propre, déco simple, en bord de route. Le petit déjeuné très copieux et de qualité avec confitures et yaourts maison, le pain est croustillant, les croissants excellents. Piscine sympa.

Accueil très désagréable. On se fait gronder comme des gamins par le gérant aigri. Je n'ai jamais vu ça. L'accueil est pour moi l'un des premiers critères d'un hotel. De nombreux autres avis témoignent de la même expérience.

Cadre au top , 3 étoiles pour le cadre. Accueil vraiment pas terrible on a vraiment l’impression de déranger les 2 proprios ! Pas aimable et nous interpellent le samedi à la piscine en nous accusant d’avoir fumer dans les chambres !!! Alors certes les mégots étaient dans la poubelle des chambres , mais préférez vous qu’ils soit dans la poubelle ou jetés dehors en pleine été ? Nous avons fumés sur le pallier et avons soigneusement rentré nos mégots, l’explication est juste la 😉

Cadre magnifique, malheureusement gâché par l accueil glacial et rigide des propriétaires. Aucune souplesse sur quoi que ce soit, aucun sourire on se fait rabrouer si on a le malheur de déplacer une chaise, un livre, on a l impression de déranger. Passez votre chemin, il y des gens bien plus sympathiques dans le coin
