Hotele niedaleko Jinji Lake, Suzhou

Modern and clean room. Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center) The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead. Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future. Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better. What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books. Breakfast is various and nice, too.

Excellent. Location is good, breakfast is good and the people serving us are very polite and friendly. Toilet is clean and the hotel forbids smoking. But I caught one guy smoking at the lift once at level 5 😔. The street is busy and quite noisy. For light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel but I will choose this hotel again even though I'm a light sleeper.

The hotel is very new (opened May 2024) with modern furnishing and has a cute voice automation called ”Xiao An”. For me it was more of a gimmick than being practical but still interesting enough to impress my wife who loves electronic gadgets. The hotel is within walking distance to Pingjiang Road. The most outstanding part of the hotel, I must say, is the staff. Everyone of them, without exception, is the friendliest and most helpful lot I have ever met at any hotel who would go out of their way to make sure your stay in the hotel is pleasant and comfortable.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Guanqian Street with plenty of food and bubble tea options. Pingjiang Road is just a 1 km walk away, making it easy to explore the historic area. Room: The room was clean and comfortable, with a traditional Chinese-style design that added character. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a nice modern touch. Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful despite limited English, and translation tools worked well. The owner was especially attentive, assisting with luggage, offering Suzhou pastries on arrival, and providing useful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. A good choice for a simple and convenient stay in Suzhou.

A recent and very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the metro station. The neighbourhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and very rich. Washing machines are available to customers free of charge (free laundry service) , with the possibility of also drying our laundry, which is very convenient because it avoids bringing too many clothes in the suitcase. In the room, I particularly appreciated the space, the very modern bathroom, the atmosphere of the room, ideal for working. The team is very smiling and always ready to help you. I also frequented the gym a lot mainly for running. The hotel manager could be advised to buy alters and other equipment to do physical exercises, but I am generally very satisfied with this hotel. So I warmly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

Excellent stay with helpful staffs and we washed snd dry our clothes here at laundry room. Staff helped us to book the hanfu make up and photography services. Guest may free testing hanfu for 2 hours. The location is near with lots of restaurants and not too far from the local attractions. Worth to stay.👍

Great location - 5mins walking distance to Shantang Street and also metro line 2 which you can access to Suzhou train station and other places easily Very comfortable hotel with welcome drink, free ice-cream, modern design, clean room, big bed, nice view, superb service from the staff Facilities - Gymnasium room with well equipped, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron set and etc Even though lobby is located at Level 20 and there is some construction work at Ground Floor, but it won't be a big issue. The only issue is the bathroom design which is slightly transparent and may not suitable for friends sharing who are not very close with if you mind. For us, it is still acceptable as we are family and separated shower and toilet is better for us. Will definitely stay here if come Suzhou again!
