No check in information was sent to my mobile or email. Thankfully trip.com personnel intervened and gave me the code

budget hotel in the city, without reception service. No problem with that, but there is no flexibility and very difficult to contact the hotel. It gets a good stars because the cleaning lady was kind and helped us.

空間在歐洲算大。但是酒店設施老化。電子鎖很多都是壞的。酒店客服很久才回郵件。但是在那確實是最便宜的酒店。

像大家說的，有很大的機會沒收到check-in信件，當天周日聯絡飯店只有語音，最後靠trip客服的積極協助順利取得密碼。

To much stairs to go up , looks like a jail building … the room is not so bad but isn’t good too . It’s a 4 from 10 . I didn’t felt safe there …
