I really liked this place. We came for one night to go to Hershey. Upon entering, super clean. Front desk was EXTREMELY nice. That is probably the nicest front desk staff I have ever encountered. Pool and hot tub area was really nice. So warm in the pool room, so you do not freeze when exiting the water. We had a 2 bed suite with full kitchen. Beds were comfy, kids had room to play. I will definitely stay again!

This sealed the deal to renew our hersheypark passes. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel every stay. Pam is such a sweetheart! Highly recommend!

Nice facility and we enjoyed our stay but the facility needs some updates. Noisy refrigerator and uncomfortable, extremely squeaky mattress.

Nice hotel overall. Be careful to ask about a non-pet room if it matters to you .
Also, check the HVAC controls - my wall controls were not working - had to go to unit itself
