各方面都比較滿意的inn 就是不加錢衹能爬2樓 行李多可以放車上 反正一路上沒聽説有人砸窗偷 小城市相對安全

The front desk staff (Kim) was very accommodating, helped us several times with room issues. Generally, the room needs a refresh - fresh paint, updates, new flooring. Carpet was tired and dirty. Bed was comfortable so we got a good sleep.

The room was small with the placement of the heat register in a bad spot, the air from it hits your head all night long, goes from hot to ice cold on the same setting. We all woke up with sinus headaches. The staff were all very nice, we woke up to no water in the hotel due to a broken pipe which was the weathers fault, they did their best to still have some breakfast items.

Felt the breakfast left a lot to be desired selection wise and they used the cheapest toilet paper ever won’t go back for that price

The location of the hotel was perfect for easy access to Banff and Lake Louise and other attractions in Calgary. The pool area is in need of some renovations. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

Great location just off the highway and lots of restaurants to choose from. Room comfortable and the bed. Would have been nice to have had an extra chair to sit on. One person had to sit on the bed. Breakfast was filling.

The late night fromlbt desk was amazing. My son got sick at 1am and she replaced the sheets as well as provided rags to with sanitizer to clean the mess up. She went over and above to provide service to me. I definitely appreciate everything she did for me and my son.

My parents stayed a couple of nights and almost left after the first night because it was not very clean or well maintained. There weren’t many hotels available due to a large event in town so they just stayed the second night in the same hotel.
