Lovely clean accommodation, and an easy drive from the airport - perfect for a late-night arrival. The staff was very friendly, with biscuits and water refills available at reception. The apartment itself was super clean and felt very new. Our Wi-Fi didn't work the night we arrived, but I think that was just a temporary blip. The bed was nice, and the place felt spacious - a good place to work remotely from with well-stocked cupboards in the kitchen, and a good dining table too. There was also a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. If you don't mind not having beach views, this is a good sun and pool break option.

Excellent 4 days with my girlfriends. Arrived early, at the hotel they promptly adjusted our arrival and allowed us to leave our heavy luggage, in storage. Always friendly helpful with a smile. Highly recommended value for money. Atmosphere everything we desired. Thank you Sunset view team

It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it. We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉. Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill. We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Gorgeous fully equipped studio apartment. Lovely pool. Easy, friendly check in. Great location, within a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, will study here next time I visit. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Atmosfera tego uczciwego spotkania pozostaje rodzinna. Proste, ale przyjazne użytkownikowi. Jak w przypadku każdego hotelu, istnieją zarówno pozytywne, jak i negatywne strony. Pozytywne strony: - 10 minut od lotniska, - 15 minut od plaż turystycznych Playa Los Americas lub Playa de los Christinos i „wakacyjnej” atmosfery miasteczek takich jak Costa Adeje, - mnóstwo miejsc parkingowych w pobliżu (uwaga: parking hotelowy kosztuje 7 €) - wieczory tematyczne każdego wieczoru, w trybie „raju kempingowego”, - koktajle barmańskie: najwyższej jakości i szeroki wybór. Rozsądne ceny. - Wielkość pokoi, przestronne i praktyczne dla rodziny. - Personel recepcji był przyjazny i pomocny. Jedna z recepcjonistek mówiła trochę po francusku, co było plusem, ale pozostali, łącznie z Javierem, byli bardzo mili. - Basen: oczywiście nieogrzewany, ale szybko się do niego przyzwyczaisz, gdy już w nim będziesz, i myślę, że jest wystarczająco duży... Płytki, maks. 1,40 m, co jest świetne dla rodzin. Jedynym minusem jest to, że niekulturalni ludzie zostawiają niedopałki papierosów w doniczkach, co jest żenujące. Owszem, jest kilka minusów 🙄. - Kilka wycieczek przyrodniczych w okolicy hotelu... - Wystrój jest bardzo schludny i ładny przy wejściu, na tarasach, przy basenie, ale szczególnie w sypialniach i sali restauracyjnej nadal wygląda trochę „staromodnie”. - Sala widowiskowa jest ładna, jest w niej mnóstwo zdjęć gwiazd, ale „ciepłe, iberyjskie” kolory sprawiają, że jest „klasyczna”. - Dodatkowe koszty nie są niskie (30€/noc/pokój za zmianę pokoju, o którą prosiliśmy i 10€/osoba za śniadanie). Nie wiem, jak wygląda reszta... - Inną niedogodnością są mdłe zapachy o pewnych porach dnia i wieczorem... I niestety hotel nie może nic z tym zrobić, bo myślę, że wydobywają się one z pobliskiego pola golfowego albo z czegoś, co wygląda na oczyszczalnię ścieków. Zapach nie utrzymuje się cały dzień ani noc... albo może mój nos się do niego przyzwyczaił, ale i tak jest to wstyd dla hotelu. I niepokojące dla mieszkańców. - Brak gniazdka przy łóżku. Lampka nocna, 1 gniazdo, dzięki czemu nie ma możliwości ładowania telefonu komórkowego w nocy. - Samoloty przelatują w ciągu dnia, ale w nocy nie jest to uciążliwe, ponieważ najpóźniej o godz. 23.00 nie ma już ruchu, więc noc i tak jest spokojna.

Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony. Personel jest bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny i wszystko jest bardzo czyste. Jadłem tylko śniadanie w hotelu i prawda jest taka, że ​​mieli szeroki asortyment produktów do jedzenia. Jeśli chodzi o basen, to jest on bardzo mały i w okolicy, w której się znajduje, nie ma nawet miejsca na mały bar serwujący napoje czy przekąski. Trzeba było kupić napoje z automatu. Nikt nie kontroluje obszaru basenu, więc wszystko może się zdarzyć i nie do końca dobrze. Nie przyszło mi do głowy robić zdjęć hotelu. Jakość/cena mnie nie rekompensuje. W okolicy są hotele tej samej kategorii z lepszym wyposażeniem
