Barcelonès Hotels with Pools

One of the best location in Barcelona. It is the center of many tourist spots and there are many restaurants, cafes, shops near the hotel. And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.

We had such a beautiful and memorable stay at Ohla Barcelona! After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite! We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out! We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ohla Barcelona, for making our first visit to this beautiful city unforgettable!

Do centrum Barcelony było trochę daleko, ale wspaniale było móc tam dojechać autobusem. Właściwie myślę, że wypocząłem lepiej, ponieważ była to spokojna okolica. The hotel is very new and has nice rooms with a great view on the higher floors. Especially the balcony is nice. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with all necessities like a safe or a hairdryer. For special equipment like a kettle you need only ask at reception. The check in was quick and convenient, rooms can be reached quickly by elevator. There is one restaurant and one Café, the breakfast buffet in the restaurant is rich and tasty. Also the rooftop bar with an indoor and outdoor are including the small infinity pool is great, but I imagine it being crowded during high season. The location of the hotel is decent yet not perfect. It is roughly a 5-10 min walk to the nearest Tram or Subway station (probably El Maresme Forum) and there is also a big shopping mall. The beach is a 20 min walk, alternatively you can use bus H16 only 5 min from the hotel to get to most beach areas along the coast. There are also some small shops and bars nearby, but not the best. Now the downside, the hotel seems to be next to a rundown living quarter with shady people hanging around. To get from the hotel to the city by subway or tram, plan around 25-30 min. The service was friendly and the room was cleaned very well every day. Only once it happened that at around 11:30 a hotel employee knocked our door angrily and said loudly „Checkout“, but we have booked for several more days. He apologized after I told him, obviously he got the wrong room, but still this communication error shouldn’t happen in a 4star hotel. Also one day we didn’t receive the free bottle of water even though we disposed of the previous empty one. Besides that, everything was good. All in all I would recommend this hotel for its nice views over the city, the new and clean rooms and the competitive prices. The city as well as the beach require 15-30 minutes travel time on public transportation, so a Hola Barcelona card is recommended.

The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed. Room: Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. Service: The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Location: The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city. Food and Drink: We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out. Value for Money: The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities. Tips/Recommendations: This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer. We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

It's quite clean, but you need to bring your own slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrush. The morning housekeeping will wake you up loudly, so no worries about checking out by 11 AM. There are quite a few Chinese guests, and it feels safe enough.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

I had a beautiful stay. I had been staying and loving the SLS Hotel in Miami and therefore wanted to try this new one in Barcelona. It looks very luxurious and the room I had was very spacious and just beautiful and well thought over all. The only thing that wasn’t super ideal for someone who loves walking a lot is the location. It was great, next to the beach and also really great amenities however getting to the city one would always have to take an Uber since it’s quite far away from it. At some point I started riding the bicycle and that was great as well but it just needs to be considered. Also you should not sleep with the doors to the balcony opened. They do warn about it at the hotel and for a reason. There are truly a lot of mosquitoes and just after one night leaving the door opened I was completely covered with mosquito bites. Also if possible ask for rooms farther away from the pool as that is where most of the mosquitoes will be. I got moved to a new room so the service is amazing.

Przyjechaliśmy o 00:30 i zostaliśmy bardzo ciepło przywitani przez uśmiechniętego dżentelmena. Pokój był przestronny dla czterech osób (nie spodziewałam się dwóch dodatkowych łóżek, ale moi znajomi dobrze na nich spali). Balkon był uroczy z widokiem na taras, wzgórze i basen! Może szczotka do toalety (cepillo de baño) byłaby mile widziana. Dostrzegliśmy nawet kilka wiewiórek! Basen był mile widzianym widokiem o 9:00! Masaże nie wydawały się zbyt drogie. Wrócimy!
