This comfortable 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach home is centrally located in the desirable Outer Banks. The unique location allows for scenic views of the ocean and golf course. You can catch the sunrise over the sea from the large back deck, pool area, and living room. After a relaxing day at the beach or exploring all of what the island has to offer, come home to take in the beautiful sunset vistas over the fairway. Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach.This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a TV, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with optional heat.Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters. On one side of the living area, you will find the Master Ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet, King bed, and dresser. On the other side, two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone. One of these bedrooms has its own access to the front deck and the other allows room for some outdoor privacy with its own screened porch. Outside of the main living area, an additional screened sitting area and deck provides a front row seat to the golf course.
