Management needs to put anti-slip rubber mats surrounding the pool area, it's very slippery. Pool and breakfast area restrooms don't have bidets installed.

Location and service is good but the room itself is not child-friendly type. I suggest to check the edges of the side table drawer handle. Super sharp that’s why my son got scratched. Or if you are with a child, better to cover the side table with pillow.

Amazing stayed for 2 nights, everything is accessible food, malls, and grab point. All staff were polite and approachable.

Overall its a good hotel strategically located in BGC/Taguig Area, bed is comfortable, friendly staffs, and spacious room - they even have microwave inside the room, will definitely book again.
*Hotel is 5 to 10 mins. walk from Serendra, MarketMarket, SM Aura (SMX/Samsung Hall)

The unit and staff are both good. However, my only concern is that there are no kitchen amenities such as plates, utensils, and not enough glasses, only mugs. But overall, our stay was decent.

Great place to stay near to shopping malls like market market and sm aura, transport terminal is walking distance only.

Staff are friendly and accommodating plus the location is nice. All in all it was a good experience, plus the city view is awesome! Will surely book again.

Overall was okay except I don't really recommend others booking a breakfast included since it's really not worth it. I am surprised how expensive it was to add breakfast here expecting something good. However it's really just a normal packed lunch since they don't have a restaurant yet. And believe it's not yet worth it knowing the price. You can buy more than what they offer
