First impressions when I did the check with the receptionist is great. The people inside the hotel is helpful. The reception, security and bell boy are owesome. I book 2 room for family (2 adults & 4 kids). Room is clean and fragrant. Not only room but also the corridor and lift. Bath room also is clean and fragrant. Don't forget to drink gahwa (arabic specialty coffee) on the reception. You can ask them as well. Thanks Vellar Inn for your hospitality and great welcome.

Very nice property. Rashsish ( sorry, name may be incorrectly spelled) was an exceptional server in the restaurant. I was disappointed that the pool is only for men.

Everything is Excellent, Cleanness, new decoration reception is cooperative, Security is very friendful,
Computer & Printer in the business center is very good,
The swimming pool is small but clean and very good for children,
The Pillow is hard and needs to improve
