The location is great. Near shennong street and chikhan tower. The lounge is spacious plus free coffee (espresso machine), tea and popcorn in the lounge especially when waiting for check-in. The staff are super helpful!

The location is a strong point, you are in the middle of the city. The commodities are really nice and the staff is really friendly.

Everything was good, location was great very close to some of the main attractions. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean, I would stay here again!

Overall, I had a very good stay and think this hotel deserves a higher rating, especially compared with some higher-star hotels I stayed at in Taiwan. The room was very clean and housekeeping was thorough. I also really appreciated the free coffee (black coffee) and water dispenser. The shared kitchen and dining area are very useful, as you do not have to eat inside your room. Having the garbage disposal downstairs is also great, especially as you do not have to keep food waste in the room. The air conditioning was strong, the fridge worked well, and there was also a large shared fridge/freezer and dishes available on the ground floor. The washing machine was excellent: 40 TWD for a roughly 50-minute wash and 10 TWD for detergent. Unlike many other hotels, it also had warm-water programs, and my clothes actually smelled fresh afterwards. The receptionist was very helpful, and being able to contact reception through LINE while outside the hotel was extremely convenient. They responded quickly and were always helpful. The elevator and stairs were also good. I especially appreciated that there is a guest toilet available even after check-out. Also, a hairdryer and slippers were also provided, which was convenient. A few negatives: the walls are very thin, the bed was too short for me (1.73m), hand soap was missing, and I found it unusual that toilet paper cannot be flushed. Check-in only starts at 4 p.m., which is quite late. One additional thing to note for taller guests: the bathroom ceiling is quite low. The biggest issue was noise from other guests. There was a lot of loud noise after 11 p.m. and late into the night. It would be very helpful if the hotel introduced clear quiet-hour rules and reminded guests at check-in to keep noise down after around 10 p.m. Regardless of where people come from, being considerate of other hotel guests should be basic courtesy, especially late at night. Apart from the noise, this was a very good hotel with excellent facilities (see pictures) and helpful staff.

Checking in@4pm, can leave luggage at lobby corner area. Location is top notch,next door is bedding shop, majority local eateries around opens around noon, for breakfast walk further up across main street Room is immaculately clean,plenty of local channels & 2English programmes available on TV, Japanese toilet is available in the double room Especially loves the AC as it’s not facing bed directly There is water dispenser on each level,for beverage/Tea sachets, guest need to get it at the pantry behind reception desk

The overall cleanliness and service were good. However, the entertainment options need improvement. The TV had no free channels to watch, and everything required a paid subscription, which is not tourist-friendly.

The room is spacious and clean. It comes with the Japanese toilet bowl. The king bed does not seem to have pocketed springs though - one side is easily affected by movement from the other side. The communal kitchen has toasters and offers free coffee & tea (available from 0700 to 1700) and water (whole day). It is designed simply and feels comfortable.
