旅店老闆人會讓人有賓至如歸的感受，會一一介紹在地風情並且推薦口袋美食名單，對於當地活動資訊也了解透徹，還能提供有意思的出遊建議。
房間懷舊卻整潔乾淨，許多細節能讓人代入早時年代旅客意境感受，像是樸實的衣櫃、瓦磚式浴缸和桌上型風扇，採光好且有新型冷氣，整體體驗舒服且滿意。
機車能停進一樓大廳並有監視器看照，汽車在外街也好停。

整體環境還算可以，在區公所附近，購買東西還算方便，比預想的好。cp值還算高，不過廁所排水因建築較老舊所以沒那麼好。

1. 因為是出差，位置離出差地點是符合需求；
2. Covid-19期間不提供內部停車，但鄰近有公有停車場蠻方便的；
３. 飯店有一定的屋齡，設施是比較偏懷舊風格；
４. 當日抵達的櫃台店主相當客氣。

Friendly staff. Comfortable stay. Xiaying is near Madou and not too far from Xinying by bus. There is a night market on Sunday night. Check out the Art Cafe if you need a coffee/latte fix. Friendly people in this district.

幽靜的地方，老闆人很好，會跟你介紹附近能去哪裡。房間是復古的風格，很乾淨，如果能接受這個風格，是非常高CP的選擇
