With a 5-minute walk to the subway station, the hotel is surrounded by street food and a restaurant. Very friendly staff. cleanliness in every corner. The hotel location is almost in the middle between two famous areas Ximen (The best night market in Taipei) and Xinyi district (Taipei 101 and luxury branding shop).

A very clean hotel , hv a tiny corner lounge for free drinks , nice facilities, polite and helpful staff with good hygiene. A room for hot springs.

Nice artistic hotel in a very convenient location close to the metro and bus station of Taipei Arena. The only issue is that the rooms are not very well sound-proof isolated because you can hear the sound of the water pipes from the nearby rooms.

Service is excellent and all the staff are extremely helpful, cheerful and energetic. Breakfast is good. Hotel is new, very clean and well designed. Food court nearby.

Location was good as it near a train station pharmacies and convenience stores wear all within working distance. Room was great, however the service was a little off, after room cleaning a t-shirt was lost, staff help to search for the missing shirt, and was unable to find it and asked me to re-search. No compensation was offered for the missing item. Laundry service was also not great, some clothes were returned with stains still in it. For the pricing it was expected to be better.

I had a great experience at this place. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, both hot and cold, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a delightful stay and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

The best attribute of this hotel is the staff, all of whom were so friendly and very helpful. The decor is very unique. The theme throughout is trees, perhaps in a rain forest setting, as it has a very dim, subdued amount of light with a lot of black walls in the lobby and public areas. Some would like that, others would not. I prefer a lot of windows and a bright, cheery atmosphere. The design of the room had the windows just above the toilet and bathtub. I found myself keeping the blinds closed most of the time for privacy. I’ve never seen a room with the windows only in the bathroom area. The furniture in the rooms and throughout the hotel was of tree trunks and woodsy decor; interesting but not very comfortable or functional. The breakfast buffet was not up to the standard to which I am accustomed in 4 and 5 Star hotels in Asia. While it appears there is a wide selection, and several stations, I found my plate to be empty, and kept returning to my table with little bits of food. No pastry selection at all, just store-bought bread. Fruit selection was limited and not fresh, and not appealing visually. The hotel was very clean, and the staff very attentive. I just think in trying to be unique, they’re missing the basics of a 4 to 5 star hotel; great atmosphere and great food. I think a review of the entire theme should take place, because it could be a much greater hotel with great staff already in place.
