i really don’t like the parking lot . the smell of the elevator and the room .. i suggest not to use app to book on hotel .. really hassle …

it will be better of there is always people staying at lobby, because we just drop our luggage there because check in time is 3pm

Not able to find hotel name in uber. Very troublesome to find the hotel location in the rain.

Loved the bathroom, but the bed area was not too clean.
The space in the room was sufficient.
Not all staffs were friendly.
The ironing board provided was way too small.
Location was alright. More than 5mins from the subway.

Location is okay. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness and service could be improved. Overall experience has been okay nonetheless.

It is not worth the price. The room didn’t have toilet paper!!! They never left any it was terrible. The conditions are very bad. The floor is full of dust, we didn’t have water for one morning and it was difficult to take a shower. Would not stay here again.
