Good location, very clean and comfortable room

Location of hotel was super. Our triple bed room was very spacious and clean. We had kettle for boiling water as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
The toilet is very clean and well maintain. Toilet seat very comfortable with seat warmer, something I like during the cold morning and also the warm water bidet.
One thing the hotel should look into is to provide more hooks in the toilet / bathroom. Also a towel rail. When I was using the bathroom I can't find another hook to hang my towel and change of clothing.
Overall, I am very happy with our stay there. Will choose this hotel for subsequent visit, if the price is right.
Thank all the wonderful hotel staff and breakfast staff for making our stay a happy one.

It is a good and cozy place to stay. There are two stations nearby with less than 10 mins walkable distance and lots of local restaurants nearby.

Superb location with public transport easily available within 500m radius. The breakfast selection is good, plenty of choice to choose for. Room wise is clean, layout is decent, and we love the super wide windows.

The staff provides exceptional service, the rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and the complimentary laundry service is a fantastic perk.

First time stay in this hotel, enjoy.
Breakfast is with great choice and tasty food.
Location, 5 mins walk to mtr, not a problem.
Cleanliness, good clean up and neat.
Lobby service, friendly and nice receptionist to cater different request, thanks.
Look forward to next stay in this hotel.

Second time. Got upgraded to suite room. Very satisfied. Extremely clean, hot showers, good bed. Room can sometimes be cold but this time during March heater was on and room was warm. Recommend highly!

Our stay was smooth sailing. The hotel was very clean and new. It provides free laundry usage. Coffee, tea and other beverages were also free. Breakfast was acceptable. Ning Xia night market was just round the corner though MinQuan West train station was about 7 mins walk away. There were 4 exits/ entrance points so it was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
