No restricted access to room. Front counter Staff on duty was irresponsive to queries, poor attitude and communication skills. Room is clean, strategic location, good complementary coffee.

This hotel always clean your room everyday they refill all toiletries even change the hotel slippers daily
Location is just 5 mins walk from ximending
Bathroom is super clean
Highly recommended

The room is quite small and narrow but clean. There are 2 ximen citizen hotel to take note. The cleaner is friendly and did a good room refreshing at mid way.
Location wise, a bit far from ximen mrt but there are nearby convenience store.

The location is close to Ximen night market (walk less than 5 minutes) but not too close to hear the noise from the market.
Staff are super helpful.we leave the luggage at the hotel on date before check in and after check out as our flight is late at night.
We get back to pick up the luggage and they kept it next to their counter and we feel secured.
The room clean and well function,bathrooms also clean and the water very stable.

The hotel's location is conveniently near to any store you need. It is a walking distance to Ximen station. Free coffee all day. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is very good, there are restaurants, food and shopping malls nearby. However, the room supplies are not very clean, after staying for a few nights, I found red spots appeared on the skin. I suspect those towels and bedding was not thoroughly cleaned.

Room is very nice and clean also the space in the room is quite proper but the location is not too close to the MRT
No meals include but downstair at the lobby has a coffee machine for free
