The service was top notch. The check in desk upgraded us to a bigger room after we found some blobs on the carpet of the first room given. Nonetheless, the upgraded room was not as clean as it should be. Thick dust on top of the washroom telephone set (see photo). On top of that, the top of the bowl underneath the cover seat of the toilet was yellow 😟. These are all unfortunate negligences that bring down the score of this hotel. Hope this review will help them to improve.

10 minutes walk from the station. Generally ok for a short stay. Note checkout grace period is 30 min instead of usual 1 hour.

Hotel is nearby Nangang station which is so convenient to go anywhere. Room is bigger than expected and breakfast has so many choice.

Was told to keep quiet 🤫 cause here is to eat disturbing others.second time was told to leave want talk go outside many pp waiting when there is still 3 big tables left and no one waiting.was so angry everyone of us

Near to Nangang Station where MRT, Train and HSR are well connected. Breakfast simple, good enough till fill our stomach. Citilink Mall and Food Terrace are in the Station. Very good hotel for those having Conventions or Exhibitions.

Truly awful service in regards to early check in and late checkout. Extremely unhelpful staff who were unwilling to try to help find a solution for my problems. Don't recommend this hotel at all. For a little bit more, you can find much better nearby at a place that appreciates their customers.
