The spar section was great I kept going from the hot to the cold pools it was fantastic. Very refreshing. The breakfast was ok not great but as free very adequate. They were kind to upgrade my room so I could be near my colleague on the same floor in. The same building. He had ordered a room that was higher standard than mine I did not expect an upgrade but it was nice of them The rooms are not new but I like the decorations being more classic . So for me ok. The staff used translator app to communicate and tried there best to help. I will for for sure go back again. If you don’t drive yourself it is a didi ride to the place from the train station. Dinner there at the hotel restaurant has many good choice s and was very fresh food.

The hot spring Hotel was not bad. It’s located on the top of the mountains.. the view was amazing. And if you want to use Hot Springs, it’s very convenient to go downstairs and you ready join the Paradise. What about the room? The room is too small. I think it doesn’t cost this money . But the nature is amazing

説實話 下次不可能再定這種套房了 完全不值這個價 吃的也一般 説好的私湯 居然就一個小時 還説成本太高 還不如前一天住的600多的雲嵐牧場簡裝 修 東西吃的用的都比這邊2500的套房體驗感好 看在前台經理服務態度比較好的份上 我才沒有給差評投訴

第一次來蓮雲谷，酒店服務很好，有人指引停車，前台接待很熱情，兩張温泉票，爸爸和孩子去泡了，自己不方便，二樓有個休息區，可以在那裡等，酒店有大草坪，燒烤，唱歌，孩子游戲，非常舒適

酒店環境優雅舒適，周邊配套也不錯，特別要肯定是前台服務人員態度非常温和熱情誠懇👍👍👍客服人員也非常好，連打掃衞生的阿姨都很熱情，住的非常開心😃

庭院式酒店，環境不錯。裏面有氡泉，非常適合泡温泉。門口迎賓員面帶微笑，服務熱情，主動幫助我們搬行李。前台接待也很到位，幫我們升級到電梯樓的房間，非常感謝。早餐也豐富，我們很滿意。謝謝！
