I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because "the hotel is closed for the day". When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered "because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number". This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

Very nice staffs, great location with shopping centers and restaurants around, closed to night market. Free parking lot. highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Taitung for your vacation with your friends/family

Very good location . Just in front of the main bus station . Suitable for those who need public transport . Breakfast is so so n room is not very clean n slightly small .

隔音非常非常差，一天二十四小時車時不停，窗戶密封性幾乎為0，一整個晚上都帶著降噪耳機睡覺，還是會聽到一些聲音。
洗手間的淋浴位置只有一半擱擋玻璃，不知道是不是為了防止水濺出去，水流控制的很小，天氣冷的時候會感冒的感覺。
衛生也堪憂，被吵得睡不著早上六點起床，看到床邊爬上來一隻蟑螂爬到枕頭邊，瞬間驚醒。謹慎選擇吧。

距離鐵花村非常的近.逛街買東西很方便.八人房很適合兩家人.小孩玩鬧在一起睡一起。小客廳可以喝酒聊天，兩間廁所很方便。
