It was disgusting no light no staff total waste of money . Worst experience don’t go here. No food availability 🤬

The rooms were good, the pool was good. Just that the restaurant service wasn’t good. We had to wait for an hour to get the food that we ordered and staff denied to serve the food at room so we had to sit at restaurant although we saw that they delivered the food into room for others. And the water they provided wasn’t in the packed bottle, they were refilling the old bottles with the water and it wasn’t clean. Where’s my discount coupon?

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staffs were courteous. Food was prepared as per our requirement.

Wonderful experience …I must say your food was so delicious and fresh unlike other resort who store and just serve u .. i m so impressed..Rooms were hygiene and environment was like home .Everything was perfect …I suggest if any one is here for comment then trust me its worthy to stay in WTR and most important its under budget

This resort has mentioned wrong location, its actually 70 km away near khatia gate. I had safari booked for sarahi gate hence booked this resort since address listed is bichhiya. Money got wasted.

very basic hotel , still properties are constructed, pool is under constructing falsely mentioned in properties, poor cleanliness , poor air conditioning, some of my room no tv , some with tv without any tv cable recharged !! nothing to have any entertainment over all I was disappointed to stay there !! also I was bit surprised that how ******* could accept booking with false amenities details !! I was trying to cancel during review of hotel but I can’t do it as there was not options showing in booking cancellations option !! I was totally stucked and decided to stay any how !! All my family members was feel disappointed! Really I was never expect from ******* to avail me misguiding hotel reviews!! I wanna returned my money back !! plz don’t go this hotel ! This is not resort , we can call it basic hotel !!
