This place is like an oasis A beautiful Mansion , super nice decoration that give to the guest a nice feeling ; comfy , smart . The dinner was an great experience They propose to drink home made beverages with each dishes . Service was excellent Thanks to the team

We stayed here for one night and then the morning and could not be more pleased with our stay. This hotel is not in downtown Bordeaux, but it is easy to get there via public transportation or Uber. The rooms were very clean and classy. At night, we found that we were among mostly locals relaxing at one of the three nice restaurants on the property. We had a lovely dinner at the Japanese restaurant. Mehdi, one of the dinner hosts, provided us excellent service, wine recommendations, and helped us game plan our day in Bordeaux. Thank you Mehdi! You really made the evening. Breakfast was serene. We didn’t catch the name of the woman who served us, but the food, the staff, and the a**osphere was worth going back for when we’re again anywhere near Bordeaux. Highly recommended. If you’re looking for a private, relaxing place to stay and Bordeaux, this is it.

Noisy at night, no availability for spa, lack of water availability/ hot drinks, tent and shower drains need cleaning, not easy/ made to feel like an annoying addition to a restaurant complex rather than a valued hotel guest. The focus is on the bars and resturant experience, not the hotel and spa experience. The resturant that was open and staff were excellent.

A delightful room with super amenities- would have used the spa if staying longer than 1 night. Amazing breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and finely chopped fruit bowl- wide assor**ent to choose from

Room was excellent apart from an infestation of ants noticed on our first morning. and mentioned to reception but ants still present in significant numbers next day.. Not a major problem but not pleasant to have ants present .

We were very dissapointed with our stay at Domaine de Raba. I booked 2 days prior to this with another Company and they did not allocate me my chosen room. Also, the accomodation is not in the building pictured it is in a seperate new building.

We had a lovely 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some staff spoke very good English which helped as my French is quite basic. The Room 'Les Pidgeons' was excellent. It was beautifully presented and cosy with a charming fragrance, a sample of which were able to take with us, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed a relaxing swim in the indoor pool with our one-year-old daughter. Then we enjoyed a lovely pre-dinner drink in the chraming Library Bar. The barman was fantastic and served us up a delicious cocktail of his own recipe. Dinner was delicious and we were supplied with a high chair for the baby upon request. Again the restaurant staff were polite, professional and accommodating. We ordered breakfast to our room for 7.15 a.m. and a taxi for 8.15a.m. as we had a flight at 11a.m. The breakfast didn't arrive at 7.15 and we overslept til 7.30 which put us under a little pressure time wise. Eventually breakfast arrived at 7.45 but we didn't have time to enjoy it in full, unfortunately. It was only when we woke up, we realised there was no phone in the room, so if I was to change anything about our stay it would be to install a phone in the room. Overall a really, relaxing and enjoyable stay at Domaine de Raba. I only wish I had booked for two nights instead of one! We'll definitely be back for another stay. Thank you to all the staff who made this stay so enjoyable.

Service sympathique avec un cadre merveilleux mais quelle déception sur la nourriture. Une honte à ce prix la. Une pizza infecte et indigne d'un tel établissement . Des burgers imbibés de ketchup ou quelque chose qui y ressemblait. Ils écrasent penser à changer de cuisinier . Indigne et inacceptable
