Very small room I can’t believe this is a Hilton property. Over price!!!!!!! I will never stay here again

I never stayed at Tru and was pleasant surprised. The hotel is hip and modern. The staff was very friendly. I like the casual vibe.

Property and rooms very clean staff very helpful and friendly only things we didn’t like are the rooms are on the small side and no coffee pot in the room

My stay was awesome thanks to your wonderful staff, Rhojuan (not sure if the spelling of his name is correct), but he was there when I arrived at the hotel around 4pm on 9/23/23 and Ms. Paulina was also a very pleasant and helpful staff member. I would stay at your establishment if I could for every stay when I visit Tallahassee, FL.

Loved digital key experience. Arrived very late and was really easy to get into building and room. Comfortable bed and very clean. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with my stay bedroom and bathroom was very clean. Only dissatisfied complaint is that I couldn't get the soap in tub or sink to dispense
